I started my design journey in Industrial Design, learning to create both digital and physical interactions. A key lesson I learned was to make complex products feel simple and natural. This means hiding the complexity – all the structures, sensors, algorithms – from users, leaving them with easy and intuitive interactions to meet their goals. Now as a UXer, I still apply this principle, and always bring a unique view to the team. I enjoy simplifying complex information and collaborating across fields to find the minimized solutions that balance business and user goals.
